How to Preserve and Serve our Chocolates

All of our special chocolates are made onsite at our Berkeley, California kitchen and are best eaten within 1-2 weeks of receiving them. Chocolates should be stored in a cool temperature, no more than 72 degrees, and should not be refrigerated.  Only the truffles should be refrigerated.

Truffles are made with fresh butter and cream and should be refrigerated when not being served. Bring them to room temperature before serving or enjoy them cold. Truffles can be frozen for up to six (6) weeks but need to be taken from the freezer to the refrigerator and then to room temperature to ensure they do not sweat or loose their consistency.
